About Heather Oaks Iris Farm.

At the Iris farm we also have many other projects going on outside of our plant farm. We raise Labrador dogs, with a yellow, chocolate, and black female for breeding.  We will be raising 3-4 litters of puppies per year. Currently the puppies are too young yet, but we are very excited about the future.

Our farm is located in the Ocala area, so the farm would not be complete with out raising horses, as Ocala, Florida, is known as the "Horse Capital of the World".  We raise and train 1-2 horses per year. 

Next door to our farm is an arena used for cutting, and team penning competitions.  We have several stalls that are rented out during these events. We also have a small apartment we rent during these events. 

As you see we stay quite busy around here.  And I still work full time as a Deputy Sheriff, leaving Maria to keep everything running.
